About the seminar

As the entertainment world is leading us into the Experiential Age, consumers are expecting a more memorable journey from their favourite brands. Next-gen consumers seek experiences they can interact with and share with the world.

In this session, learn from the team of experience designers at CONICAL who use immersive tech such as 3D/AR/VR to transform public and commercial experiences. The CONICAL team will share examples and perspectives on how to design for differentiated experiences across touchpoints of the customer journey, drawing on lessons from interactive digital media to create more engaging, interactive customer experiences.
