About The Event

In most organisations, no single department owns the customer experience. But for everyone to ‘own the customer experience’, everyone has be able to deliver to it. What then are the skills and capabilities required for everybody in an organisation to design and deliver with the customer in mind?

Join this lunch time conversation to share stories, perspectives and insight on building organisation-wide CX capability, and hear from your peers what is and isn’t working for them.

This session is designed as a preparatory conversation in context of our upcoming training seminar, but can be also be attended on its own.
