Join us for our next Craft Conversation with Zoe Ikin, Experience Design Director and Luke Pittar Design Practice Lead at ASB. In this episode, we’ll talk about getting the business involved in the change that you want to make what it feels like being part of that change journey. Together we'll unpack and reflect on moments of pride, discuss challenges Zoe, Luke and their Design team have navigated and dig deeper into the win's and lessons learnt along the way.

What is Craft Conversations?

Craft conversations is a series of conversations with designer leaders about what it means to design inside organisations. Each conversation explores: Why do we do what we do? How do we do what we do? How do we succeed in the system that we work in while trying to influence or change it?   This is your chance to hear from design leaders in different organisations about how they have developed and nurtured unique approaches that are shaping and evolving how organisations understand and value human centred practices. Join us live to ask your own questions and reflect on the similarities and differences among design practices across the motu.
