About The Event
The CX Collective Book Blub is a space for designers, researchers and customer advocates to come together to discuss their experiences, learnings, and challenges. We use articles and books as a starting point for our conversation, but we encourage you to bring their own experiences and learnings into the discussion. You don't have to have read the (whole) book, in order to join this conversation!
For our next Book Club we are going to cover the topic of sensemaking.
In the book The Moment of Clarity: Using the Human Sciences to Solve Your Toughest Business Problems, "The authors examine the business world’s assumptions about human behaviour and show how these assumptions can lead businesses off track."
