About The Event
The CXC Winter School is an intensive 5 week programme to help build the specific muscles of navigating human centred change. In small group forums, we will examine and explore the core capabilities needed to shift the business narrative towards a people focus, connect more deeply with other community members, and gain insights into our practice strengths and limitations.
Together, we'll work towards building a learning diary to enable deep and interconnected learning & practice growth.
Please note that by signing up to this, you are committing to 5 consecutive sessions. As a group, you will get most out of these session if you attend all of them. Some pre/post work not exceeding 2hrs per week may be required for some sessions. We estimate Winter School takes approximately 4hrs per week over the 5 week period to be completed succesfully.

Session 1 - Practice & Practice context: Create common understanding of our practice, explore the relationship between your craft, your context and your work.
Session 2 - Sense Making: Learn to prioritise and articulate insights in different ways to make them a meaningful tool for action.
Session 3 - Storytelling: Understand and recognise the elements and stages of storytelling.
Session 4 - Facilitation: Explore a conversational approach to group gatherings with a shared outcome in mind.
Session 5 - Reflection: Explore reflection as a tool for continuous growth, iteration and interrogation of your practice.
Free to monthly and annual members. You need to hold a monthly or annual membership with us to attend the CXC Winter School.
