Event description

In traditionally profit-led companies, making the case for investing in sustainable products and services can be challenging. Sustainability advocates have long worked up and down the organisational hierarchy to make sustainability top of mind and decision making - to varying degrees of success. And one might argue that CX folk are fairing similarly. For profit-led organisations to start shifting priorities (and associated funding) - what language, criteria and conditions need to be met for sustainability and customer priorities to become part of the corporate agenda?

Join us for at our next seminar with Fonterra’s Head of Digital Excellence, Innovation & Brand, Richard Nash, to hear first hand about a new signature product that sits at the intersection of customer needs, sustainability goals and profit metrics. Front footing transparency, the NZMP™ Carbon Footprinter is an industry leading digital tool to help customers calculate their emissions of New Zealand sourced NZMP products. Hear from Richard and his team about how they moved from walls of post-it notes, concurrent cross functional workstreams to full digital integration of a product that meets cusromer and business goals, precisely because of its sustainability focus.
