The start of a new year is often a time to build awareness, and to look towards the future. But with our lives busier than ever, taking time out for reflection and intention setting is increasingly difficult. What are the pitfalls of reflection-less practice? How might we go about incorporating observations and experiences to shape our practice? What intentions are you setting for your practice, and how will you know if you have stayed true to them?
Peer Connects are facilitated conversations for customer advocates to reflect on their practice, share ideas and uncover new perspectives. Join us this lunch time to connect with your peers and explore the edges of your thinking.
This session is designed as a preparatory conversation in context of our upcoming training seminar, but can be also be attended on its own.
