About The Event
Our organisations are in a constant change. Whether that is in response to *external* change (Covid, political instability, the rise of Digital) or in response to *internal* change (new leadership, new direction, new strategy), we always seem to be either in a state of change, recovering from change, or preparing for the next change.
But for what purpose? To benefit bottom lines, customers - a bit of both? How do organisations understand, include and respond to people’s needs, preferences and benefits? And what are the drivers that make change meaningful, successful, and ultimately sustainable?
Peer Connects are facilitated conversations for customer advocates to reflect on their practice, share ideas and uncover new perspectives. Join us this lunch time to connect with your peers and explore the edges of your thinking!
This session is designed as a preparatory conversation in context of our upcoming training seminar, but can be also be attended on its own.
