Peer Connect: Coaching for progress in uncertain times.

Design Coaches provide practice guidance, leadership and support to their teams. During business as usual, that often means challenging existing perspectives, offering up alternative approaches and calling out unconscious biases and behaviours. This enables teams to re-align and get un-stuck.

In uncertain times, there is no blueprint for 'the right thing' to do and often the challenge sits less in overly homogenous approaches and more in the lack of agreement or ideas on how to move forward.

In times of change and uncertainty, what do we coach for? How can we coach in a way that encourages progress and helps to guide others beyond feelings of uncertainty to operate instead in a space of clarity? How can design coaches continue to help others find human centred solutions when business continuity is top of mind?
