How do you drive a culture of customer centricity? A culture where teams start with the human that is going to use the product or service they’re designing for. Chorus has been on a journey, evolving the organisation to do just this. Through some trial and error, they learnt that their leaders needed leading on how to drive this culture. Instead of talking ‘about’ the customer, Chorus needed leaders to talk ‘to’ them. Through a programme called Exec Connect, Chorus brings leaders closer to their customers and embed CX into organisational strategy.
Join us this month for a session facilitated by Mandy Tait and the Chorus CX team. Have a go designing experiences for your leaders that you can take back into your organisation to help bring them closer with your customers.
About Mandy Tait, Head of Customer Experience - Chorus
Mandy has a corporate career spanning consulting, IT, Product and Marketing, but these were just stepping stones to following her passion to create better experiences for customers in her current role as Head of Customer Experience at Chorus. Mandy and her teams ambition is to drive value for the business by embedding the customer into Chorus’ DNA.
