Design Safari at Z Energy

Design Safaris are opportunities for small groups of customer advocates to come togehter and get an insight scoop into the design workings of an organisation. This month, the team at the Z innovation refinery is sharing their “in the trenches” stories about the obstacles they have (and continue) to face on their journey to a low-carbon future.

About this Design Safari

At Z, we believe innovation is driven by leadership behaviour. Leaders that have a risk tolerance to act upon reasonable hypotheses and make decisions with imperfect information allow the business to move faster. This whakatauki is about aiming high or for what is truly valuable, but its real message is to be persistent and don’t let obstacles stop you from reaching your goal. We chose this to reflect the significance of the culture change we were embarking on.
