Design Safaris are in-person experiences for small groups to come together and get an inside scoop into the design & innovation engine of an organisation.
This month, we'll get a sneak peek into the workings of the Customer Excellence team at The Institute of Plant and Food Research (PFR). Megan and Sarah will walk you through their journey of helping the organisation work towards on a more human centred approach to science.
Come along to hear the PFR story of customer excellence in science, including tangible design work and the ‘soft’ skills that the team have leveraged to supercharge their influence across the organisation.
