A small group of us here at CX Collective have been meeting semi-regularly to discuss the use of AI in CX practice and consider the ethical and environmental implications of its use.

We believe we need honest conversations about AI, grounded in critical thinking - not hype. We're here to help our profession navigate this moment together, thoughtfully and practically. 

In this session, we will share the results of our community survey. By attending the session, you will have the opportunity to reflect on these results, share your own thoughts, and discuss them with other participants. 

We intend to offer a space for all of us to connect and reflect on the impact of AI on our practice, the ethical and environmental implications and discuss how this working group could benefit you moving forward.
