About The Event
Who owns the customer experience? Everybody. Or so we'd like to think. But what if not 'everybody' is equipped to deliver to it? Building mindsets, skills and ways of working is time consuming. And for design teams focussed on delivery, building capability in-house often sits outside of scope and team capacity. In a New Zealand first, Z Energy are opening up their books to showcase their model for lifting organisation-wide capability in Design Thinking and supporting the business in leading with an innovation mindset.
Zoe and Laura will share Z Energy's 2 year journey to lift and embed design thinking capability and shift mindsets that deliver compelling customer experiences. Gain insight into the unique Z Energy innovation masterclass as well as a view of case studies where teams have implemented the practice into their day to day work. Experiment with tools that you can take back into your organisations to help lift design capability and innovation mindsets.
About Laura Fayerman and Zoe Chamel, Senior Innovation Capbility Managers - Z Energy
Prior to Z Energy Zoe Chamel has held several roles focusing on CX strategy and Design Thinking with organisations such as Better by Design, Westpac, Air New Zealand, AMP Insurance and HP.
Laura comes from a marine science background, previously running environmental programmes and then in a sustainability role at ATEED. Driven by the opportunity to design more sustainable products and services, Laura made a career pivot into design and has since used Design Thinking for business model redesign, lifting employee experience, and business transformation.
