About The Event
AI is seemingly everywhere, but is it living up to its promise of augmenting the human experience? Beyond chatbots, personalised content and report writing, what is the potential of generative AI to shift the way we design, deliver & measure Customer and Citizen Experiences for a diverse set of audiences? What changes do organisations need to make to leverage this new technology, and where do experience and service design practitioners need to upskill to ensure they continue to lead their craft as well as the outcomes for the customers and communities they care about?
