Wing Morgan

Wing Morgan is a cross-cultural business consultant with over 20 years’ experience in business and research in China and New Zealand. Having lived and worked in both countries for extensive periods of time, Wing’s native understanding of the cultural nuances provides invaluable inroads into the hard-to-reach Asian migrant markets. Her primary focus is to support Kiwi organisations seize the opportunities that superdiversity presents in New Zealand and export opportunities in China.

Wing enjoys observing and learning about the cultural differences between the East and the West. ‘Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling’ is a personal project that has been on her radar to explore for 10+ years. The CX Collective Associate programme seemed to be the catalyst needed to turn this project from a thought to actions.
