Carolyn Le Mon

Hey all - I’m Carolyn Le Mon. I’m a story teller and a translator, and my craft is helping to create things that serve people’s needs and solve their problems. I’ve had lots of jobs over the years (many of them technical), from Engineer to Data Management to Sales operations, but I’ve found where it all comes together in Customer Experience Design. I love understanding people and what they’re trying to do (and why!), and I’m a practical person at heart who wants to see solutions come into the real world in a way that makes a difference to the people who are trying to using them.
